Fintech Consulting Services (ABN 26 680 287 389) respects your privacy. This statement explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company, the role you select, and anything you write in your message.
- Booking a call: when you book through our Calendly scheduler, your name, email address and any details you enter when booking.
- Email and phone: the details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site secure and running. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
You don't have to give us any personal information, but we can't reply to an enquiry without a way to contact you.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To scope and deliver services if you engage us.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law.
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we won't add you to a mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website and our business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions.
- Calendly runs our booking calendar.
- Microsoft 365 provides our email.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own cookies. Our Calendly booking tool may set cookies it needs to work. See Calendly's privacy notice for details.
Keeping it secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them for your enquiry, any engagement that follows, and our legal obligations. After that we delete them.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below.
